Individual Therapy

Individual therapy for women is a personalized form of counseling aimed at addressing the unique emotional, psychological, and relational challenges that women may face. Tailored to meet each woman’s specific needs, the therapy process encourages self-discovery, personal growth, and empowerment. With the guidance of a trained therapist, women can develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen their emotional resilience, and achieve a deeper understanding of themselves. Clinical Evaluations

A comprehensive mental health evaluation is a thorough assessment designed to understand an individual's emotional, psychological, and behavioral well-being. This evaluation involves a detailed process where a licensed mental health professional gathers information through interviews, questionnaires, and sometimes standardized tests, to gain insight into symptoms, personal history, and mental health concerns. It can help identify conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, or other mental health challenges. The evaluation provides a clear, accurate picture of an individual’s mental health, enabling the therapist to offer personalized treatment recommendations, which may include therapy, support services, or referrals to specialists. This holistic approach ensures that clients receive the most effective care tailored to their specific needs, laying a strong foundation for their mental wellness journey.

A written summative report including a suggested treatment plan with referrals will be provided to clients approximately 48-72 business hours following the evaluation. With written consent, this report can be provided to outside entities (e.g. probation officer, school personnel, healthcare providers, immigration lawyers) at your request. Each evaluation comes with the option to add on a 50-minute feedback session to discuss your evaluation and review the suggested treatment plan with a licensed mental health professional.
