Services Overview

Therapy that honors your fullness

At Clinical-ish, therapy is not about fixing you. It’s about supporting you in returning to yourself with clarity, compassion, and intention.

I offer individual therapy for women who are navigating the quiet weight of high-functioning anxiety, depression, life transitions, and emotional exhaustion. Women who are showing up in their careers, families, and relationships—while privately holding more than most people realize.

This work is rooted in cultural awareness, clinical expertise, and lived understanding. You will not have to over-explain your background, your experiences, or the nuances of who you are. Your context is honored here.

Together, we’ll create space to slow down, process what you’ve been carrying, and develop sustainable ways to care for your mental health without abandoning your goals, your identity, or yourself in the process.

For women who are used to holding it all together

My practice is designed for women who are often described as “strong,” “reliable,” and “high-achieving”—yet feel overwhelmed, emotionally fatigued, or disconnected beneath the surface.

You may find yourself here if you are:

  • Managing anxiety while maintaining a demanding career

  • Navigating depression that others don’t always recognize

  • Moving through a life transition that feels both necessary and uncertain

  • Struggling to set boundaries without guilt

  • Experiencing burnout from constantly being “the one everyone depends on”

  • A therapist or helping professional who is used to supporting others but needs space for herself

You may be functioning—but you’re tired.
You may be successful—but you’re stretched thin.

Therapy offers you a place where you no longer have to perform strength. You can show up honestly, be supported intentionally, and begin to move through life in a way that feels more aligned and sustainable.

A thoughtful, integrative approach to healing

My approach to therapy is both clinically grounded and relationally attuned. I integrate evidence-based practices with a deep respect for your lived experience, cultural context, and personal values.

Our work together may include:

  • Exploring patterns that contribute to anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm

  • Building emotional awareness and regulation skills

  • Developing boundaries that feel clear, confident, and aligned

  • Processing life experiences that have shaped how you show up today

  • Creating routines and practices that support your mental and emotional well-being

I believe therapy should feel both supportive and practical. You will gain insight but also tangible tools you can apply in your daily life.

This is not a one-size-fits-all experience. Our work is collaborative, paced with intention, and tailored to what you need in each season.
