Find your happiness
and learn to put it first.

Nurture your connection with yourself

We all have a tendency to put others first, but in doing so, we can sometimes neglect our relationship with ourselves. As women of color, we tend to take on the society-given role of “Superwoman”— meaning that we are Mom, Provider, Caretaker, Protector, Nurturer, etc., to several individuals in our lives. I know that your loved ones are taken care of but I have a question for you that we tend to forget ask… Who’s taking care of you?

I am dedicated to providing quality therapeutic services to women of color. Let me be your advocate and show you a kinder, gentler way to treat the most important person in your life.

Improve your relationship with others

It’s difficult to show up for others when you haven’t shown up for yourself. Learn to take care of and be the best version of you while improving your relationship with yourself and others. I am here to be your mental wellness guide and resource. Whether you are in need of a clinical evaluation, finding a new therapist, or are in need of other mental wellness related resources, I am here to help.

“I have come to believe that caring for myself is not self-indulgent. Caring for myself is an act of survival.”

—Audre Lorde
